The annual Art Show and Dinner is a special evening dedicated to celebrating our doctors and shining a spotlight on physicians’ art as a way to encourage creativity and connection. The much anticipated event offers an opportunity to connect the medical community, patients, and supporters through a non-medical event that has proven to be an evolving and exciting endeavor.
On Saturday, November 5th, The Arts of Healing will pay tribute to more than 2 dozen of Houston’s finest physicians.
These doctors are recognized by our community as guardians of our most prized possession. They are the keepers of our fears and secrets, they examine us at our deepest levels, and we rely on them to care for us from head to toe. This year the evening will be a night of recognition — a celebratory time honoring these artists of healing — a hallelujah of health. The event will also be showcasing the art of the organization’s beneficiary, The Sunshine Kids. Through the mentoring of our physicians, their artistic talents will be cultivated and their art will serve as a vehicle of personal enrichment and a tool of empowerment for their organization.
