This month we are celebrating our five year anniversary! I’m proud to say that during this time we have grown as a firm and seen the impact that we have made for our clients. I am also very proud of what we have become – a consultative staffing and executive search firm specialized in the recruitment and placement of management and executive level accounting and finance talent.
In the last 12 months we have expanded into Houston with three new team members, Kristy Boles, Kim Parker and Stephanie Scanlan – each with vast experience in the accounting and finance space in the Houston market. It’s evident we have made a significant investment from which our clients are truly benefiting. Continuing our growth in Dallas we also added an exceptional recruiter, Tracy Dodd, who has assisted in numerous placements over the last year.
In May we announced our newest Partner, Melanie Shaffer who joined The CFO Suite as Director of Recruiting Services in 2013 and has been instrumental in the expansion of our Executive Search division and will continue to expand this practice as part of our continued growth.
It’s not all business at The CFO Suite. We welcome the opportunity to give back as a team! Since the firm’s inception we’ve been involved in our community through such organization as the North Texas Food Bank, EFNT (Entrepreneurs for North Texas), Dallas Women’s Foundation, Helping Hands for The Family Place, Red Nose Day, NDSS (National Down Syndrome Society), and American Heart Association to name a few.
Finally as we celebrate our first five years we took a renewed look at who we are and the value we offer, and thought we would refresh our brand. Take a look at our new logo and website and let us know what you think!
As we continue to deliver on our promise to do the right thing for those around us, while maintaining our integrity and credibility, we continue to be selective with client acceptance in order to provide exceptional service. We boost the capabilities and capacity of our clients’ accounting and finance departments by focusing on performance objectives, not job descriptions.
