Ben Morgan: Director of Transaction Execution Services

The CFO Suite is excited to announce the addition of Ben Morgan as a Director of Transaction Execution Services for our Consultative & Interim Solutions Practice. Ben joins us from E78 Partners and brings over 25 years of public and corporate accounting, as well as consulting experience, working in various industries, including healthcare, professional services, industrial services, defense electronics and non-profit. His areas of focus include Corporate Controllership, having been part of three healthcare start-ups; acquisition integration management and transition services agreements; opening balance sheet/purchase price accounting; pre-audit, IPO and SPAC readiness; and business process transformation and improvement.
Ben is passionate about understanding where his clients are today and implementing custom solutions to take them to the next level, whether that involves efficiency, scalability, or operational stability in preparation for an exit transaction. He builds scalable and repeatable platforms for acquisition growth and integration, with recommendations for improvements that are labor and technology efficient.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Professional Accountancy from Mississippi State University and currently resides in Dallas, Texas with his dog (Spencer). Ben has two grown daughters that live in Washington, DC (Kate) and Frisco, Texas (Peyton). In his spare time, he loves golf, outdoor activities, and Saturdays grilling and watching college football.
